¶ 1 Francis Nelson (hereinafter "Appellant") appeals the trial court order granting Appellees' motion for summary judgment in this legal malpractice action. Appellant brought this action against Appellees on the basis that they failed to initiate a third party action against the alleged tortfeasors whose defective product caused Appellant work-related injuries.
