On July 11, 2000, Ms. Connie Jacobs filed suit against Mr. Terry Scott and his insurer, Southern Farm Bureau Casualty Insurance Company (Southern Farm). She did not request citation and service. More than ninety days passed. The Defendants moved for an involuntary dismissal, which the trial court granted on December 21, 2000. That same day, Ms. Jacobs filed the same lawsuit, again, against the same defendants...
