Chauvin, Jr., individually and on behalf of their minor daughter, Angela Chauvin, appeal the February 13, 2001, summary judgment dismissal of their strict liability and loss of consortium claims; and the May 18, 2001 judgment granting Defendants' Motion to Dismiss Plaintiffs' Negligence Claims and the Remaining Derivative Claims for Failure to Supplement and Incorporated Memorandum.
