Calvin Lecorn (defendant) appeals his judgment and sentence which were entered by the trial court after he pled nolo contendere to the charge of trafficking in cocaine.1 We affirm.

The defendant was originally charged with committing the crimes of trafficking in cocaine and conspiracy to traffic in cocaine. He filed a pretrial motion to suppress, alleging that the cocaine which formed the basis of the charges...
