An indictment was returned against forty-year-old Douglas Joseph Davis for (1) manufacturing methamphetamine in an amount of 400 grams or more and (2) possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine in an amount of 400 grams or more, both of which are offenses punishable by fifteen to ninety-nine years or life in prison.
