PER CURIAM.

We affirm the trial court's order dismissing Enrique Lira's motion for postconviction relief without prejudice. As the trial court correctly stated, Mr. Lira may refile a timely motion for postconviction relief that complies with the requirements of Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure 3.850 and 3.987.

Affirmed.
