PER CURIAM:

We now revisit this case upon its return to us from the Georgia Supreme Court, to which we certified questions of Georgia state law. Miller v. Harco Nat'l Ins. Co., 241 F.3d 1331, 1334 (11th Cir.2001) (per curiam). Based on the Georgia Supreme Court's response, we conclude that the district court's grant of summary judgment in favor of Harco National Insurance Co. (Harco) was in error.
