Thomas and Pam Marlow ("the Marlows") purchased a Crystal Valley manufactured home from Van Bibber Home Sales ("Van Bibber") in 1999. Numerous problems developed in the home after its installation, and the Marlows filed a complaint against Van Bibber in Owen Circuit Court requesting rescission of the contract.
