Wilson ("Wilson") appeals the Marion Superior Court's ruling granting Continental Casualty Company's ("Continental") motion to dismiss Wilson's complaint for failure to state a claim upon which relief could be granted, pursuant to Indiana Trial Rule 12(b)(6).
