Charged with armed robbery, Dan Mitchell (DOB 10/24/79) was convicted by a jury of the responsive verdict of first degree robbery. The trial court sentenced the defendant to 30 years imprisonment at hard labor, without benefits. Mitchell now appeals his conviction and sentence. We affirm both.
