The State filed a four-count delinquency petition against the respondent, W.M., in the circuit court of Kankakee County alleging that respondent had committed the offenses of burglary (720 ILCS (West 2000)) and criminal trespass to vehicles (720 ILCS 5/21-2 (West 2000)). Respondent entered an admission to two counts of burglary pursuant to a plea agreement and the trial court adjudicated the respondent a delinquent...
