Guillermo A. and Mauricio S. Schlaen were charged with one count of conspiracy to commit money laundering, multiple counts of money laundering, and multiple counts of failing to file Form 8300 with the Internal Revenue Service ("IRS") for transactions involving the receipt of over $10,000 in cash.
