The County of Lehigh (employer) appeals from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Lehigh County, which denied its petition to vacate an arbitration award. The arbitrator reinstated the grievant, Lee, a Corrections Officer at the Lehigh County Prison, who was terminated for violating the Department of Corrections' Discipline Policy and Code of Ethics.
