Plaintiff-appellant Phillip Breuer sued defendant-appellee Jim's Concrete of Brevard, Inc. in Florida state court for unpaid wages, liquidated damages, pre-judgment interest, and attorney's fees under the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 ("FLSA"), 29 U.S.C. § 201, et seq.
