This appeal involves a claim for religious discrimination for failure to hire in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended by the Civil Rights Act of 1991, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e to 2000e-17. Appellant Steven Lubetsky alleges Appellee Applied Card Systems rescinded his conditional offer of employment because of his religion.
