The Circuit Court for Prince George's County, sitting without a jury, returned a verdict in favor of Jay Vaughn ("Jay"), the appellee, and against his wife, Gene Vaughn ("Gene"), the appellant, on claims for breach of contract and conversion, and entered judgment for $7,060.
