This is a declaratory-judgment action involving the interpretation of an insurance policy. The defendant, Cincinnati Insurance Company (hereinafter "Cincinnati"), appeals from a summary judgment entered for the plaintiff, Tuscaloosa County Parking and Transit Authority (hereinafter "the Authority").
