Plaintiff Deborah Carringer appeals the district court's dismissal of her state-law claims against all three defendants, as well as its grant of summary judgment to two of the defendants on her § 1983 claims. Plaintiff's claims arise out of the murder of her son. Plaintiff contends that the district court erred in concluding that she lacked standing to bring a wrongful death action under Georgia law, and also in concluding that she did not have standing...
