Wilson Tony Harrell appeals the district court's dismissal of his action against the Bureau of Prisons, the United States Parole Commission, the United States Probation Office, and the Department of Justice for alleged violations of the Privacy Act, 5 U.S.C. § 552a. He contends that the district court erred in imposing a two-year statute of limitations bar, see § 552a(g)(5). We affirm...
