Defendant Angelo D'Paffo was convicted of child molesting by committing deviate sexual conduct. The Court of Appeals reversed on grounds that the jury had not been instructed that the State was required to prove that Defendant acted with the intent to arouse or satisfy sexual desires. We disagree and hold that the State is not required to prove intent to arouse or satisfy sexual desires in order to obtain a conviction...
