In these consolidated appeals arising from claims under the Open Meetings Act (OMA), M.C.L. § 15.261 et seq., defendants appeal as of right from the trial court's order granting partial summary disposition for plaintiffs, and plaintiffs appeal by leave granted the trial court's order denying plaintiffs' request for attorney fees and costs.
