Tracy Lynn Sturchio pled no contest to the felony offense of possession of a controlled substance (cocaine) weighing less than one gram and was sentenced to three years imprisonment in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. In her sole point of error, Sturchio challenges the trial court's denial of her motion to suppress. Because the trial court erred in denying Sturchio's motion, we reverse the judgment and remand the case...
