The Division of Workers' Compensation ("the division") dismissed Appellant's claim with prejudice, and this dismissal was affirmed by the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission ("the commission") by order dated October 15, 2001. Appellant's sole point on appeal alleges the commission erred in affirming the order of dismissal...
