Plaintiff, Autry Lee Jones, appeals the judgment of the trial court dismissing his "Petition and/or Application for Lien" on the grounds he "failed to state a cause of action against Defendant, Harry L. Shaheen, Jr." For the following reasons, we reverse the dismissal of Jones' petition and remand for further proceedings.
