A federal grand jury returned a single-count indictment charging co-defendants, Lyndon Burl Baker and Dwayne Everett Jackson, with conspiracy with intent to distribute more than fifty grams of cocaine base (crack cocaine) and a substance containing cocaine (powder cocaine), in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), 841(b)(1)(A)(iii), 841(b)(1)(C), and 846.
