CLAIBORNE, J.

This case arises from an intersectional collision between an emergency vehicle responding to an emergency call and plaintiff's vehicle. All parties appeal the judgment of the trial court finding each driver to be 50% at fault in the accident and awarding damages to plaintiffs, Isiah Matthews and his wife, Diane Matthews. For the reasons assigned below, we reverse the trial court judgment.
