(Appellant) petitions for review of an adjudication of the Department of Public Welfare (DPW) denying her request to expunge a report of indicated child abuse filed by a caseworker for the Philadelphia Department of Health and Human Services pursuant to the Child Protective Service Law (Law).1 We reverse.
