This appeal arises from the denial of a motion for contempt filed in the ongoing Reynolds litigation. The appellants in this case, John Robbins and Robert Camp, filed their motion for contempt in district court, asking the district court to hold the defendants in contempt for failure to comply with two provisions of an approved consent decree. Following show-cause orders and responses, the district court denied the appellants' motion without comment...
