This case arises from a police chase that ended when Plaintiff was struck by the unmarked police vehicle that had been pursuing him. Plaintiff filed a five count complaint. In Count I Plaintiff asserts a claim pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, alleging that Defendants violated Plaintiff's constitutional rights under the Fourth, Fifth, Sixth and Fourteenth Amendments to the U.S Constitution.
