¶ 1 This is a direct appeal from a judgment of sentence imposed following a jury trial in which Appellant was convicted of driving under the influence of alcohol in violation of 75 Pa.C.S.A. § 3731 and the summary offense of driving under suspension, DUI related. In this appeal Appellant alleges that trial counsel was ineffective for failing to file a suppression motion on the ground that "the police did not have sufficient cause to stop"...
