ROGERS, Circuit Judge:

This is an appeal from an order denying a motion to compel payment of post-judgment interest by the United States Treasury Department, and narrowing the scope of a third-party subpoena under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 45. See Flatow v. Islamic Republic of Iran, 196 F.R.D. 203 (D.D.C.2000). We dismiss the appeal of the claim for post-judgment interest for lack of jurisdiction...
