This is an appeal from the denial by the Worker's Compensation Judge ("trial court") of Plaintiff's, Julie A. Robbins, claims against Defendant, Schumpert Medical Center, arising from Defendant's failure to approve medical tests and to pay supplemental earnings benefits ("SEBs"). For the reasons stated herein, we affirm.
