Ronald Cella appeals the order denying his motion to withdraw his nolo contendere plea to attempted burglary of a structure. Cella argues that withdrawal should have been allowed because he was not informed at the time of his plea that even though adjudication was to be withheld, he would still have to register as a convicted felon.
