Respondent, Gregory Scott Angst ("Angst"), was admitted to the Bar on December 17, 1991. On September 25, 2001, the Attorney Grievance Commission, acting pursuant to Maryland Rule 16-709(a), filed a petition for disciplinary action against respondent, charging numerous violations of the Maryland Rules of Professional Conduct ("MRPC"), including MRPC 1.2 (Scope of representation),1 MRPC 1.3 (Diligence),
