Mitchell Associates, Inc. sued for a determination that the Taranto Amusement Company, Inc., and Vincent Scott Clement's leasehold rights to a strip of land on Highway 90 in Biloxi, Mississippi had expired for failure to renew in the manner prescribed by the lease.
