Appellant pleaded guilty to a gross misdemeanor offense without being advised that as a consequence of the plea he was statutorily required to register as a predatory offender. Appellant moved to withdraw his guilty plea and the court denied the motion, concluding that the plea was "accurate, voluntary and intelligent."
