Leland Roberts d/b/a Roberts Farms ("Roberts") appeals the trial court's entry of summary judgment raising the following issue for our review: whether the trial court erred in granting Agricredit Acceptance Corporation's ("Agricredit") motion for summary judgment when Roberts was allegedly fraudulently induced to enter into the documents eventually assigned to Agricredit, subjecting Agricredit to the fraud defense contained in Indiana...
