¶ 1. Manival "Doc" Evans executed a will a few days before his death. His close friend Madie Tinsley was the sole beneficiary under the will. Heirs of the decedent were successful in convincing the chancellor that Tinsley had a confidential relationship with the decedent, and that the resulting presumption of undue influence was not overcome. Tinsley appeals, raising factual issues. We find no error in the chancellor's evaluation...
