William M. Koster appeals from the denial of his motion for post-conviction relief pursuant to rule 3.850, and from the denial of his motion for resentencing. We affirm.

Koster was convicted after jury trial of attempted first-degree murder with a firearm and shooting a deadly missile within an automobile. Koster was sentenced to a 90-month (7.5 year) term in state prison with a three year mandatory minimum for use of the firearm. He did not...
