[¶ 1.] Jennifer Harris (Jennifer) sued Best Business Products, Inc. (Best) for negligence arising out of an automobile accident. Best owned the van Jennifer was driving at the time of the accident. Jennifer alleged Best was liable for personal injuries she incurred when the right rear tire blew out and the van rolled.
