In these cross-appeals, we again are asked to resolve legal issues stemming from the 1998 divorce of Jeffrey and Susan Fuge. The Circuit Court for Montgomery County granted the Fuges a judgment of absolute divorce on June 11, 1998. This is the third appeal concerning divorce-related issues.
