Appellant, Wendell Anderson, a teacher at Kenwood High School, was accused of having sexual intercourse with a ninth grade Kenwood student. He was subsequently charged with child abuse and five related offenses. Following a bench trial in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County, he was convicted of child abuse and all but one of the related offenses.1 He was thereafter sentenced...
