[¶ 1] Robert A. Larson appealed from an order denying his motion to reconsider an earlier post-trial order denying his motion for a new trial and for relief from judgment, and his motion to amend findings of fact and conclusions of law. We conclude the trial court did not abuse its discretion in denying Larson's motion to reconsider, and we award Patricia A. Larson her attorney fees for this appeal under N.D.R.App.P. 38.
