Somkiat Leetien ("Leetien") filed for bankruptcy. Shortly thereafter, her creditor, First Select, Inc. ("First Select"), through its legal counsel and collection agent, Eskanos & Adler ("Eskanos"), filed in state court a collection action against Leetien.
