Appellant, Raymond Thomas, appeals the summary denial of his motion filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. We affirm all but one of the five issues without further comment, but reverse and remand on issue four, which alleged that his trial attorney was ineffective for failing to present him with the option of accepting the state's plea offer of 42 months in prison and no fine.
