Plaintiff Ivory Scott sued his former employer, Suncoast Beverage, alleging employment discrimination on the basis of race. He alleged that Suncoast assigned him to a sales route that consisted of more, and smaller, accounts than other routes because he is black. He also alleged that he was terminated because he is black.
