Abdul Itani petitions for review of a decision of the Board of Immigration Appeals ("BIA") dismissing an appeal from his order of deportation. Itani argues that his criminal conviction for misprision of a felony, 18 U.S.C. § 4, does not constitute a crime of moral turpitude for which he can be deported, and that he is entitled to a discretionary waiver of inadmissibility.
