¶ 1 Appellant, Joseph Prout, brings this appeal from the order which denied his request for PCRA relief from the judgment of sentence to serve a term of imprisonment of from fifteen years to thirty years, imposed after a jury found him guilty of robbery and criminal conspiracy.
