Linda Y. Burger-Yeates brings suit under 42 U.S.C. §§ 405(g) and 1383(c)(3) seeking judicial review of the Commissioner's decision to deny disability benefits under Title II of the Social Security Act ("SSA"), 42 U.S.C. § 401 et seq., and supplemental security income ("SSI") benefits under Title XVI of the SSA, 42 U.S.C. §§ 1381 et seq.1
