On September 16, 2000, one-third of the roof of the Ideal Garage in the City of Sanford, Florida collapsed. In October 2000 the remaining building was demolished. The Ideal Garage was owned by Jeno F. Paulucci, who has filed this action against his insurer, Liberty Mutual Fire Insurance Company ("Liberty Mutual").
